Awareness Team

The safety and well-being of all visitors is of the utmost importance to AEG. That is why we are pleased to be able to supplement our security concept with the Awareness Team. In cooperation with our security service provider B.E.S.T., we offer this service at the Uber Eats Music Hall. In addition to the usual security, specially trained staff are also available to take care of visitors at selected events.

The Awareness Team, easily recognizable by their fuchsia-colored T-shirts and sweaters, is there to support people who find themselves in emotionally charged situations. If someone experiences discrimination, is (sexually) harassed, under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or wants to address any other issue that needs special attention, the specially trained employees take care of the affected individuals and ensure that the case is resolved. We are convinced that the employees of the Awareness Team play an important role in ensuring a safe atmosphere at our venue and we would like to thank B.E.S.T. and all employees for their commitment and willingness to undergo special training to ensure that all visitors have a safe time at the arena.

The Awareness Team is also equipped with Sensory Bags, which can be borrowed for the duration of the event and contain various fidget toys and hearing protection.
